Top SchoolAaron Hall is a seasoned director and investment committee member at Mercato Partners who combines 22 years of channel sales and marketing leadership with private equity investing to help growth-stage companies scale. Former COO and EVP of MarketStar, he launched international operations and led go-to-market strategies for clients like Intel, HP, Sony and Cisco, then transitioned those skills into sourcing, structuring and diligence for portfolio companies. He also directs Weber State’s Alan E. Hall Sales Center, bridging academic curriculum with industry best practices in professional sales. An MBA holder and two-time Omnicom Catalyst Award winner, Aaron pairs strategic deal-making with hands-on sales playbooks and is equally likely to be found training for an Ironman as diving into Python or exploring Rust. Based in Salt Lake City, he brings a rare blend of operational rigor, channel expertise and athletic persistence to both boards and classrooms.
