Summary
👤
SeniorAaron R is a Senior Cyber Engineer with 11 years of experience designing and delivering mission-focused cyber capabilities across the DoD, NSA, and USAF. He combines hands-on hardware and software engineering—PCB/RTOS work and bespoke binary analysis frameworks—with operational CNO leadership, directing cost, schedule and performance for rapid cyber operations. A CNODP graduate, he pairs deep offensive security expertise (OSWE, OSED, OSCP) and networking credentials (CCNA) with practical experience building scalable Elastic clusters and custom IDS signatures for enterprise networks. Known for turning tight operational timelines into fielded capabilities, he also prototypes custom hardware and malware for red-team and signature development. Colleagues rely on him to bridge research, engineering and operational users across agencies, often surfacing unconventional attack vectors that accelerate mission outcomes.
