Top SchoolAaron Yang is a Strategic Cloud Engineer with 14 years of experience building and scaling cloud-native platforms, currently advising Google Cloud customers across Australia from Queensland. He brings deep hands-on expertise in platform engineering—SRE, DevOps, CI/CD, containerization and security—shaped by prior roles at AWS Redshift and a history of architecting high-performance, API-driven systems. Aaron has repeatedly translated legacy stacks into agile, resilient platforms (MongoDB, Redis, Solr, Jenkins) and led performance and scalability efforts for both enterprise and consumer-facing services. He combines practical Linux and systems administration roots with cloud-first architecture guidance, enabling teams to operationalize Kubernetes and secure CI/CD at scale. Notably, his background spans both product engineering and consultancy, giving him a rare mix of implementation depth and customer-facing advisory skill. He holds advanced IT credentials (Master of IT, E-Commerce) and a long track record of solving complex infrastructure problems end-to-end.
