Top SchoolAbbey Kos is a public-sector design and strategy leader with two decades of experience making governments more user-centered and effective, now serving as Deputy Chief Customer Experience Officer in the New York Governor’s Office. She blends content strategy, change leadership, and digital experience expertise gained at 18F and Amazon Web Services to improve citizen-facing services for state and local governments. Abbey has a track record of building multidisciplinary teams and translating policy goals into clear, usable digital experiences informed by her LSE master’s in Politics and Communication. Equally comfortable in strategy rooms and hands-on content work, she has steered transformation efforts across government and the private sector and advised non-profits as a board member.
