Top SchoolAbhay Velankar is a Head of Product Development and seasoned Technical Architect with over a decade of experience designing cloud-native, distributed systems and scalable digital experiences using Sitecore, .NET, Azure, React/Next.js, Node.js and modern test automation. He founded MinQA, a low-code/no-code quality automation platform that reflects his drive to make testing accessible to developers, testers and business users without sacrificing enterprise-grade rigour. Abhay has led architecture and delivery across large organisations and consultancies, mentoring senior engineers in interview readiness, scenario-driven validation and career storytelling. His hands-on background spans enterprise platforms to front-end frameworks and automation tooling, enabling him to bridge product strategy with implementation detail. Based in Pune, he combines technical precision with empathetic leadership and a knack for translating complex architectures into practical, team-adopted solutions. A less obvious strength is his focus on coaching seasoned professionals to package their experience into compelling narratives that open new opportunities.
