Summary
👤
SeniorAbhinav Srivastava is a product-minded Senior Software Engineer with nearly a decade of experience building and operating high-throughput backend systems, now leading platform and infrastructure at scale. He blends hands-on engineering—Python, Rails, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, AWS—with SRE and DevOps discipline to keep systems serving 50M+ daily users reliably. Across roles at WorkIndia and Fynd he architected mission-critical services (e.g., a 1M+ rpm catalog microservice), improved reliability by 70%, and cut change-failure rates in half while boosting developer velocity. He mentors and influences engineering strategy across orgs, guiding 15+ engineers to ship resilient, observable platforms. Comfortable moving between product-facing APIs and core infra, he brings unusual product empathy to platform problems—prioritizing developer experience as a lever for user impact. Based in Bengaluru, he pairs strong execution with a track record of coaching engineers into technical leaders.
