Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbhishrant Majhi is a Lead Software Engineer based in Bengaluru with 11 years of experience turning ambiguous problems into production-grade systems, often under tight release pressure. He excels in cloud-native environments—Kubernetes, observability, and resilient architecture—and has a knack for converting quick hacks into maintainable long-term designs. At FICO he progressed rapidly through engineering levels, bringing a pragmatic blend of hands-on coding, cross-team support, and incident-driven prioritization. He treats observability as a first-class citizen, building dashboards that hold systems to account and using production feedback as the ultimate validator. Equally comfortable experimenting with AI-assisted design as he is enforcing guardrails around it, he pairs hobbyist curiosity with production seriousness to deliver reliable outcomes.
