Senior🎓
Top SchoolAbraao Lacerda is a seasoned engineering leader and founder with 11 years of experience building product-led technology teams across Brazil’s mobility, marketplaces, and real estate sectors. He co-founded and served as CTO of SuaQuadra, architecting a scalable commercial real estate platform that now lists over 1,400 properties and blends data-rich property intelligence with intuitive user flows. A computer engineering graduate from ITA, Abraao combines hands-on engineering chops (mobile and web stacks) with strategic leadership, having led teams up to ~25 engineers and held roles at Meta and Buser. Currently Head of Engineering at QuintoAndar, he is known for translating business partnerships into robust technical integrations and for fostering cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable moving between product, data architecture, and infrastructure, he often focuses on long-term technical strategy and hiring to scale fast-growing ventures. Less obvious: he pairs startup founder grit with enterprise partnership experience, making him adept at shipping both greenfield products and critical integrations.
