Senior🎓
Top SchoolAda Homolova is a freelance data journalist and mentor with 11 years of experience translating messy datasets into investigative stories, teaching data skills, and coordinating conference tracks across Europe. Based in Austria, she runs DataFrosch and contributes to outlets like Follow the Money and OCCRP, where she led data analysis on COVID-19 public spending. Comfortable in Python and open source, she pairs technical data acquisition and visualization with strong storytelling and newsroom collaboration. As a former assistant lecturer and project leader, she blends pedagogy and project management, mentoring the next generation of data journalists via datafrosch.fun/mentorship. A Monty Python–loving otaku who “vibes with robots,” she brings a playful curiosity to rigorous, impact-driven journalism.
