Top SchoolAdam Love is a Head of Product & Engineering with 11 years of experience building consumer web and mobile products from concept to scale, currently leading product strategy and in-house engineering at Sortd. Trained as a mechatronic engineer and self-taught programmer since age 12, he blends hardware curiosity (IoT, automotive, renewable energy) with hands-on software craft across Ruby on Rails, React and modern CI/CD stacks. He has a track record of modernising tech stacks, introducing AI-driven features, and shifting teams from offshore agencies to high-performing, data-led in-house organisations. A founder and director across multiple startups, Adam pairs strategic business advising with day-to-day coding and mentorship, driving product decisions with experiments and analytics. He’s equally likely to tinker with hardware prototypes as he is to optimise deployment pipelines—bringing a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary approach to solving real-world problems.
