Top SchoolAditeya Pandey is a Visual Data Scientist with 11 years of experience building visualization tools and recommendation systems that help analysts make sense of large, complex datasets across healthcare and cybersecurity domains. Currently a Senior Advisor at Eli Lilly after leading visualization engineering at Regeneron, he blends PhD-level research in information visualization with hands-on full-stack development to deliver practical, research-backed tools. His work includes novel layouts for cerebrovascular diagnosis, a genomics visualization recommender at Harvard Medical School, and visualization-driven platforms for probabilistic data fusion and micro-segmentation monitoring. Known for translating large-scale task surveys and crowd-sourced studies into usable interfaces, he focuses on the intersection of ML, HCI, and visualization to augment practitioner decision-making. Based in Boston, he pairs academic rigor with product-minded execution, often surfacing insights (like task-guided design patterns) that aren’t obvious from data alone.
