Top SchoolAdithya R is a UX-focused Software Engineer (SDE-3) with eight years of experience building front-end systems and conversational CX tools, currently based in Abu Dhabi and working at yellow.ai. He blends a strong design background and IDF UX certification with hands-on engineering to deliver measurable product improvements—examples include a Search SDK handling 16M monthly requests and a KnowledgeBase revamp that increased bot publishing by 189%. His work spans performance, accessibility (WCAG A/AA), internationalization (20+ languages), and developer productivity features that removed manual training steps and sped up debugging. Former roles show a pattern of turning prototypes into live products quickly and improving legacy systems’ performance, reflecting both product sense and execution discipline. Notably, he moved from graphic design to full-stack UX engineering, giving him a rare combination of visual craft and scalable engineering practice.
