Top SchoolAditya Gulati is a postdoctoral researcher based in Alicante who designs and evaluates interactive human-AI systems to support real-world decision making. With eight years of experience spanning PhD work at ELLIS Alicante, visiting positions at Carnegie Mellon and Fondazione Bruno Kessler, he blends rigorous mixed-methods experiments with strong technical implementation and analysis skills. His research focuses on how cognitive biases shape human and AI judgments, currently centering on human-LLM interaction and collaborative decision-making. Aditya has delivered large multi-partner projects including EU Horizon initiatives (ELIAS, ELLIOT) and government- and industry-funded collaborations, demonstrating skill in coordinating complex interdisciplinary teams. He frequently bridges lab-based cognitive science with deployable AI prototypes, making his work both theoretically grounded and practically influential. Notably, his background across European and US labs gives him a comparative perspective on human-machine teaming and experimental design.
