Top SchoolAgus Triyono is a Lead Mobile App Developer with 8 years of experience building and scaling Android and cross-platform logistics products, currently leading a mobile team at ByteDance. He has a proven track record shipping high-throughput delivery systems—migrating native stacks to React Native and scaling to 200K+ daily parcels and thousands of active drivers. Agus combines hands-on engineering with product leadership, defining OKRs, roadmaps, and performance reviews while driving integrations of internal SDKs and service migrations under tight compliance and timeline constraints. Previously at GoTo and Gojek he led end-to-end delivery apps from 0 to tens of thousands daily orders and standardized design language systems across products. He also brings entrepreneurial perspective from co-founding an e-commerce business and practical teaching experience from UGM, which informs his focus on team development and operational rigor. Passionate about building things that matter, he balances pragmatic delivery with engineering excellence and measurable product impact.
