Senior🎓
Top SchoolAjay Poshak is a Staff Software Engineer based in Mumbai with 11 years building full-stack web platforms and a track record at HackerRank and BookMyShow. He ships customer value rapidly across frontend and backend stacks—NextJS, React, NestJS, Prisma, Postgres—and also writes cloud-native infrastructure with Docker, Kubernetes and Go. Known for leading performance tuning, observability initiatives, and developer productivity improvements, he pairs hands-on coding with technical mentorship for junior engineers. Comfortable diving into unfamiliar languages and abstractions, he treats engineering as iterative growth—aptly reflected by his GitHub metaphor of life as a Fibonacci series. Pragmatic, curious, and team-focused, he thrives on turning complex systems into maintainable, high-performing products.
