Senior🎓
Top SchoolAkash Dabhi is a senior technical leader with 9 years of experience delivering cloud-native, data and AI solutions from Mumbai. He has led cross-functional teams of 20–35 engineers to build Azure-based enterprise systems—spanning Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Power BI and full‑stack web apps—consistently improving developer and business productivity through automation and tooling. Notable deliveries include legal‑domain automation and chatbots that sped document parsing and compliance searches, and internal developer accelerators that cut release cycles and boosted feature velocity. He combines hands‑on engineering (Python, PySpark, Angular) with architecture and delivery ownership, having driven large migrations to Power BI that produced substantial cost and maintenance savings. Comfortable balancing stakeholder expectations and technical debt, he also coaches teams, conducts technical hiring, and embeds test/validation frameworks to reduce manual effort. Beyond typical delivery metrics, he’s repeatedly turned NLP/ML prototypes into production SDKs and marketplace offerings that scaled across the organization.
