Top SchoolAlecsandru Grigoriu is a Senior UX and Product Design Consultant with 11 years of experience helping startups, multinationals and agencies turn user research into pragmatic product outcomes. He blends hands-on UX/UI craft—prototyping, testing, and design systems—with DesignOps and product strategy, coaching teams on processes, career ladders and culture. Formerly a Delivery Manager and UX Lead at Grapefruit, he scaled a senior design team, shipped multiple MVPs (including a conversational-forms product) and owned delivery across 30+ projects. He also teaches and mentors—running multi-week UX courses and supporting university HCI programs—bringing an academic background in computer science, data visualization and game design. Comfortable operating as consultant, product owner or educator, he often bridges research rigor with rapid MVP validation. Based in Romania, he pairs technical depth from an MSc in Software Engineering with a practical knack for turning complex stakeholder needs into testable product experiments.
