Top SchoolAlessandro Cifani is an Engineering Manager based in Italy with 11 years of hands-on full stack experience and a track record of growing technical teams at Subito. He progressed through roles from Full Stack Engineer to Staff Software Engineer and now leads engineering efforts, blending people management with day-to-day software delivery. Comfortable across backend and frontend domains, he brings pragmatic craftsmanship and a focus on shipping reliable systems. A continuous learner and self-described “coffee nerd,” he pairs curiosity with persistence—often juggling side projects even if they never quite finish. His background in business intelligence early in his career gives him a data-informed approach to product and team decisions.
