Top SchoolAlessandro De Palo is a creative entrepreneur and filmmaker with 11+ years leading Amarena Pictures as founder and CEO, directing commercials, documentaries and music videos for clients like TIM/Telecom Italia and global brands. Early collaborations with directors such as Spike Lee and Gabriele Muccino informed his craft across roles from assistant director to director of photography, copywriter and art director. He also blends media practice with research: as Scientific Director at Cooperacy he developed a cooperation science model showcased at MIT’s Center for Collective Intelligence in 2015 and 2016. His work spans commercial production and civic-technology research, pairing narrative storytelling with systems thinking. Based in Milan, he brings a rare combination of hands-on production skills, academic rigour and entrepreneurial leadership. An unexpected thread: he has translated creative direction into organizing collaborative innovation initiatives for Mensa and other institutions.
