Summary
👤
SeniorAlexander A is a fullstack web developer and former CTO with 10+ years building and managing distributed engineering teams and shipping customer-facing platforms. As Co-founder and CTO of ICOMalta/BlockScope he led development of an award-winning token sales platform integrated with a decentralized affiliate system, owning product, security, demos, investor relations and a globally distributed hiring process. He blends hands-on development (frontend, backend, DevOps) with product ownership and sprint-level execution, and is now refocusing on Solidity and modern web best practices because he "misses the code." His background includes consultancy roles across enterprise and boutique clients where he delivered performance, UX, and automation improvements, and early-career experience that honed his client-facing and marketing skills. He pairs startup grit and technical depth with practical experience in prototyping, backlog grooming, and cross-functional team leadership.
