Top SchoolAlexandre Gomes is a Lisbon-based Team Leader and Senior Front-End Developer with 11 years of focused experience in UX/UI, web standards, accessibility and responsive web applications. At Newvision he leads the front-end team and serves as creative director and principal designer/developer of the INLINEXPERIENCE product suite (IXclient, IXgreeter), shaping specs for navigation and URL structures. He combines hands-on JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 development with strategic branding and product design, having rebranded Newvision and delivered projects for clients like Unilever and Universal Music Portugal. Alexandre’s background in chemical engineering and early research work gives him a methodical, measurement-driven approach to UX and front-end architecture. He also contributes as a tutor and industry juror (Awwwards), signaling both mentorship and a keen eye for contemporary web craftsmanship. Outside typical front-end duties he’s interested in multiservice machines and electronic/virtual queuing, a niche that informs several of his recent product efforts.
