Top SchoolAlexandru Cioc is a pragmatic CTO with 11 years of hands-on engineering experience who now leads Leyoda, building an AI-driven SaaS that turns unstructured startup data into investor-ready signals. He architects and operates production-grade distributed systems—Spring Boot backends, Next.js frontends, PostgreSQL, Docker—with a track record of zero-downtime deployments, high-availability releases, and productionized LLM pipelines for embeddings and clustering. A former Amazon engineer educated at Caltech and a Maastricht CS student, Alex blends enterprise-scale practices from AWS/Prime Video/Twitch with startup velocity, having shipped multiplayer and plugin ecosystems in Java for gaming platforms. He’s comfortable spanning architecture, data, and infra while still shipping code, and often surfaces unexpected value by converting messy real-world data into actionable investment intelligence.
