Top SchoolAlexis Montero is a Senior Information Technology Consultant based in Orlando with over a decade of experience delivering end-to-end IT solutions, .NET applications, and security-focused projects for financial institutions and enterprise clients. He blends deep low-level and hardware expertise—including assembler, HSMs (Thales RG7X00/RG8000), smart card platforms (MULTOS, Gemplus), and cryptographic key management—with modern Microsoft-stack development in C#, VB.NET, SQL Server and SharePoint. Alexis has led software factories and cross-functional teams, architected production workflows and payment/card systems, and trained technical staff on complex Microsoft CCF and .NET integrations. Equally comfortable in hands-on maintenance, network administration and graphic/web design, he pairs systems-level problem solving with practical customer-facing consulting and pre/post-sales experience. Known for migrating legacy banking applications and building secure card issuance and HSM integrations, he brings a rare combination of embedded security knowledge and full-stack .NET delivery.
