Top SchoolAmanda Albuquerque is a technology leader and hands-on engineering manager based in São Paulo with nearly a decade of experience building high-performance web platforms and resilient distributed systems. She has led cross-functional teams at Stone and Zé Delivery to deliver large-scale acquisition and conversion pipelines, guaranteeing 100% uptime during national campaigns by combining load testing, edge rendering and advanced caching strategies. Versed across frontend and backend stacks—from React/Next.js and TypeScript to Node.js, Go, Kafka and Kubernetes—she excels at translating product OKRs into cloud-native architecture, reliable CI/CD and progressive rollout practices. A pragmatic people manager, she pairs career development (1:1s, PDIs, Brag Docs) with tactical operational metrics (SLIs/SLOs, KPIs) to build autonomous, impact-driven teams. Notably, Amanda has orchestrated high-stakes migrations to edge/CDN architectures and modern headless CMS solutions to accelerate e‑commerce performance and SEO outcomes.
