Top SchoolAna Sustic is a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Zurich with 11 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining reliable software and infrastructure for banking, healthcare, and academia. At Zürcher Kantonalbank she focuses on production-grade DevOps practices, bringing a developer’s discipline from her earlier Java, Spring Boot, and Magnolia CMS work at the University of Zurich. Her background includes leading a national transfusion-medicine IT project where she combined project management, Python/Django development, and Linux sysadmin responsibilities—evidence of her ability to bridge technical and organizational needs. Comfortable across the stack, she writes clean, well-documented code and thrives in collaborative teams, with a track record integrating clinical lab systems, web apps, and secure authentication (LDAP/Shibboleth). Educated in electrotechnics and business administration, she pairs engineering rigor with operational pragmatism. Notably, her career shows a recurring focus on mission-critical systems where reliability, compliance, and maintainability matter most.
