Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndré Gonçalves is a Portuguese computer scientist and CTO with over a decade of experience scaling product-led engineering teams for startups and large enterprises. At DreamShaper he built and now leads three cross-functional teams (18+ people) to support an education platform used by hundreds of thousands monthly across Brazil, Colombia, Spain and Portugal. He combines hands-on product design and technical leadership—hiring, coaching, and defining delivery processes—while remaining data- and KPI-driven from his Product Manager and Scrum Master background. Earlier roles at OLX/Naspers, Ericsson and multiple startups gave him deep experience in integrations, reporting systems and fast-moving IoT and classifieds products. He’s also an entrepreneur off-duty: founder of Passarola Brewing, a nationally distributed craft-beer label featured in books and top Portuguese rankings. Outside work he stays creative through music and drumming, bringing a maker’s curiosity to both product and team culture.
