Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrei Stroescu is a Product Content Strategist and former full‑stack engineer with 11 years of experience turning AI prototypes into production-ready, enterprise tooling. He combines a React/TypeScript frontend background in regulated FinTech/Crypto and InsurTech with practical backend automation—recently architecting pipelines that shrank content generation from days to minutes using Python, Celery, Docker and advanced LLM orchestration. He partners directly with product and business leadership to translate high-level AI concepts into robust architectures and agentic workflows that deliver structured, production-ready data to engineering teams. Beyond systems, he cultivates product culture and psychological safety as a mentor and certified trainer, believing cross-functional teams who talk to each other build the best products. Based in Bucharest, his domain experience spans EdTech, Energy and Finance across the UK, Germany and Switzerland, and he brings a rare mix of hands-on engineering, prompt engineering, and people-first product leadership.
