Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Kravtsov is a seasoned software architect and engineering leader with 13 years of experience designing and shipping high-load web and security-focused systems. He currently leads architecture and enterprise development at Antibot, where he prototyped a traffic-processing core using Nginx, Tarantool and ClickHouse and drives the product toward market readiness. Previously he built and scaled public APIs and server-rendered React platforms at Детский мир, managing multiple teams and elevating performance and developer autonomy. Deep hands-on background across frontend and backend (notably JavaScript and Lua), combined with practical bug-bounty experience, gives him a rare view of both offensive and defensive security considerations. Andrey excels at turning complex traffic and API requirements into pragmatic, auditable architectures and at integrating technology solutions into business processes. He pairs broad technical curiosity with a proven knack for building high-performing, low-bureaucracy teams.
