Senior🎓
Top SchoolAndrey Kulikov is a Lead DevOps Engineer with over 10 years of experience designing and operating high-availability on-premise and cloud-ready platforms for B2B and B2C services. He specializes in building and automating large-scale infrastructure and Big Data stacks—Hadoop, Kafka, Cassandra—while leading small ops teams through migrations to Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Terraform-driven automation. Known for hands-on craftsmanship, he has built and managed hundreds of hosts, implemented Ceph storage with Kubernetes, and driven moves from Jenkins to GitLab while automating documentation with NetBox. Based in Istanbul, he combines deep systems-level expertise (Linux/FreeBSD, Saltstack/Puppet/Ansible) with pragmatic process discipline in Kanban/Agile environments to keep critical services running. Notably, he often takes sole ownership of architecture and uptime responsibilities, blending operational rigor with incremental automation to reduce on-call load.
