Top SchoolAndy Dyck is a data science and product leader with 12 years of experience translating statistical models and data engineering into tangible business impact for financial institutions. Currently Manager of Small Business Lending at FCC, he has a track record of building production-grade predictive models, real-time data pipelines, APIs and dashboards that inform credit, risk and strategic decision-making. His background spans credit risk modelling (PD/LGD/EAD), network-based borrower connection risk, natural language sentiment models, and enterprise GRC tooling—skills he pairs with stakeholder coaching to drive adoption. Based in Saskatchewan, he blends rigorous economic training with hands-on Python/R/SQL implementation and a persistent curiosity about data (his GitHub credo: “All day I dream about data”). Not obvious from the title: he’s moved multiple legacy batch systems to on‑demand architectures and led cross-functional teams to operationalize complex models under regulatory constraints.
