Top SchoolAnindita Basu is a Senior Information Architect with 11 years in technical communication and a broader 20+ year professional background combining editorial rigor and product-focused documentation. She crafts implementation guides, user guides, and REST API documentation, blending design thinking, minimalism, and content strategy to simplify complex systems. Comfortable with XML/DITA toolchains (oXygen, Arbortext, MadCap Flare), markup formats (Markdown, reST, DocBook) and a sprinkling of Python, she drives documentation and process improvements that reduce friction for both developers and end users. Her portfolio includes a defensive patent disclosure and open-source contributions, reflecting a habit of turning practical problems into reusable assets. Based in Bengaluru, she pairs deep enterprise experience at Rocket Software, Oracle, IBM and others with a creative side hinted at by a Ravenclaw GitHub persona and formal language study in French.
