Top SchoolAnthony Kramer is an Executive VFX Supervisor and co-founder of NEXODUS with 20+ years crafting high-profile feature and episodic visual effects and 11 years in leadership roles. He blends hands-on compositing and look development with pipeline design, building customized ShotGrid workflows and OCIO/ACES color-managed processes to keep remote teams synchronized. His credits span blockbuster studios like ILM and Sony Imageworks on films including multiple Marvel and Star Wars projects, reflecting deep production-side experience under demanding schedules. Anthony is equally comfortable in the weeds of Nuke and Python scripting as he is negotiating bids and studio methodologies, making him a bridge between creative and technical stakeholders. Based in Lawrence, Kansas, he helped evolve a boutique studio into a fully remote worker-cooperative that scales VFX teams for film, TV, games, and advertising. A pragmatic problem-solver, he favors building workflows that reduce friction for artists while preserving cinematic quality.
