Senior🎓
Top SchoolAntoine FRANÇAIS is a seasoned engineering leader with 12 years of experience building and scaling SaaS products from research prototypes to production at Dolead, where he now leads 10 engineers across full‑stack feature teams and a DevOps group. He combines a strong applied-maths and operational-research background with hands-on architecture work (Python, Elasticsearch, AWS, Redis, MongoDB) to guarantee scalability and robustness for campaign-management and semantic analysis systems. Previously he led R&D teams developing C++ similarity engines and image-processing tooling, and has deep experience in SOA design and cloud migrations. Known for blending technical ownership with Agile coaching, he often acts as the bridge between data-heavy research efforts and pragmatic engineering delivery. An engineer by training (ENSIIE / Pierre et Marie Curie), he brings a rare mix of algorithmic rigor and production-grade system design.
