Top SchoolAnton Anpilogov is a software development consultant with eight years of professional experience and a two-decade technical background that includes founding and leading product engineering teams. Based in Kyiv, he has driven architecture, tech leadership, and delivery for telematics and precision agriculture products as CTO and co-founder of IT-Lynx, and today consults for the International Telecommunication Union. He blends hands-on craftsmanship with system-level thinking—shipping fleet management, remote sensing, and GPS guidance solutions while treating code quality and design as ongoing disciplines. Early experience in game mechanics and systems administration gives him a practical, cross-domain perspective on performance, reliability, and tooling. Colleagues describe him as an ideologist-architect who translates complex requirements into pragmatic, maintainable systems. He is motivated by continuous sanitization of life, brains, and code, which fuels both product innovation and disciplined engineering.
