Top SchoolAnton Babushkin is an engineering leader and former founder with 15+ years building high-scale financial infrastructure and teams across startups and enterprise. At Block he led engineering for Cash App Card and Square Debit Card programs supporting 26M+ monthly cardholders and $12–14B/month in volume, architecting bank- and processor-agnostic systems and turning a banking partner crisis into a durable operational advantage. He introduced SRE practices that became company standards, drove major network gateway migrations, and enabled AI experimentation that materially sped incident triage. Comfortable hiring and scaling distributed teams across the US and Australia, he blends hands-on systems design with people leadership and operational rigor. His background as a serial co-founder gives him a product-minded, customer-obsessed approach to reliability and rapid iteration.
