Senior🎓
Top SchoolAram Khachikyan is a pragmatic project manager and former full‑stack PHP developer with 10 years of experience delivering e-commerce and commercial web products across startups and agencies. He blends hands‑on expertise in PHP, Laravel, WordPress and JavaScript with disciplined delivery practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage scope, budget and timelines for complex projects like self‑ordering kiosks and large Magento stores. As a leader he has built and coached cross‑functional teams, steered multi‑team international projects, and routinely turned risk assessments into practical contingency plans during crises such as the early COVID period. Based in Yerevan, he brings both technical credibility—having risen from developer and team lead roles—and a tool‑maker’s mindset that favors pragmatic automation and continuous release cycles.
