Top SchoolArlindo Rodrigues is a Staff Software Engineer based in Brazil with over a decade of professional experience and a Master's in Software Engineering from UFRN. He has led architecture and delivery of mission-critical fintech systems—most notably contributing to Itaú's PIX ecosystem (Bolecode, PIX Saque/Troco, PIX Automático)—using Java, Spring, microservices, Kafka and a broad AWS stack. His background spans research-driven software architecture at a federal university, co-founding two startups, and managing teams of ~30, blending hands-on coding with technical leadership. Comfortable from embedded IoT prototypes to large-scale cloud platforms, he pairs academic rigor with startup grit and a track record of turning complex payment requirements into reliable production services. An engineer who moves seamlessly between designing architectures and resolving high-complexity incidents, he brings both product sensibility and operational ownership to distributed systems.
