Top SchoolArsham Eslami is a founder and engineering leader with 8 years of hands-on experience building AI-infused data and server architectures, currently co-founding Greybeam to help Snowflake users optimize costs and revenue. He has repeatedly taken companies from 0-1 as CTO—designing MVPs, shipping full-stack systems (Python signal processing, REST APIs, React UIs), and scaling teams and products to thousands of users and retail deployments. Comfortable across infrastructure, data tooling, and creative XR experiments, he blends pragmatic engineering with product instincts cultivated at startups, incubators, and fellowships like Antler and On Deck. He also focuses on data infrastructure tooling—bringing an operator’s perspective to make ML and analytics pipelines reliable and cost-effective. Colleagues describe him as a technical generalist who turns ambiguous ideas into production-grade systems while mentoring engineers to adopt long-term, product-first technical practices.
