Top SchoolArtem Bei is a Software Engineering Lead with 14 years of experience specializing in backend and cloud development, primarily using Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and the AWS stack. He designs and owns end-to-end systems—ETL pipelines, data lakes, and data enrichment platforms—often combining Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and serverless deployments to match business needs. Comfortable full‑stack when required, he has shipped React/Next.js frontends and built deployment pipelines and IaC for production services. At Grips Intelligence he moved from senior engineer to lead while working with large first‑party analytics datasets and tools like DuckDB and AWS Athena. He pairs pragmatic problem solving with stakeholder-driven iteration and frequently experiments with creative side projects such as Lightest.app. Based in Warsaw, Artem brings a blend of hands-on engineering, hiring and mentoring experience, and a track record of adopting new technologies company‑wide.
