Top SchoolArtem Marinov is a founding CTO and seasoned engineering leader with 11 years of experience building high-load, data-intensive systems across AI, AdTech, and DMP domains. He has led teams and re-architected platforms to scale from thousands to millions of events per second, driving performance, microservices adoption, and robust CI/CD and QA practices. As CTO at Replika he steered dialog engine development and product deployments for a consumer-facing personal AI, and now builds an AI-powered personal software platform of remixable mini-apps at Wabi. Known as a pragmatic problem-solver and patient mentor, he combines hands-on backend engineering (Scala/Java, Kafka, HBase, Redis, Elasticsearch) with product-focused delivery. An uncommon strength is his track record of squeezing maximum hardware utilization and throughput from commodity stacks while keeping teams shipping.
