Top SchoolArthur Mcgregor is a software engineer with nine years' experience who transitioned from a decade-long career as a science and physics teacher into full‑stack development and product leadership. After retraining via a Graduate Diploma in IT and completing an industry project at Orbica, he led the OrbViz technical team as Product Owner, shaping a data-visualisation and storytelling product into a growing, world-class tool. Comfortable across front-end UX, APIs and deployment pipelines, he now contributes engineering expertise at Cogo while balancing product and delivery responsibilities. His background in civil engineering and classroom teaching gives him an uncommon blend of systems thinking, clear communication, and mentorship that helps teams move from complex requirements to elegant, usable solutions.
