Top SchoolArtur Malev is a Software Engineering Manager with 11 years in software development and 9+ years leading teams, currently shaping platform and payments work at inDrive from Nicosia. He pairs deep Ruby/Rails and system architecture expertise with hands-on delivery—driving migrations from monoliths to dedicated services, PCI-focused financial projects, and tight-deadline payment gateway integrations. Known for building high-performing, cross-functional teams, he emphasizes mentoring, transparent processes, and measurable productivity improvements that have led to multiple internal promotions. Artur brings practical full-cycle experience across fintech, ed‑tech, and ride‑hailing, and a pragmatic streak for engineering hygiene—dockerizing legacy apps, raising test coverage, and removing dead code to reduce operational friction.
