Top SchoolArtur Roszczyk is an Engineering Manager based in Gdańsk with 16 years of experience building cloud-native backends and deployment platforms. He progressed from hands-on software engineer to manager at Zencargo, driving teams that deliver resilient microservices and scalable release pipelines. His background includes significant DevOps and AWS work—reducing deployment times by ~70% and cutting cold-start microservice bootstraps from days to an hour during freelance engagements. He has repeatedly led migrations to AWS, designed CloudFormation/Elastic Beanstalk systems, and coached teams to adopt repeatable deployment practices. Comfortable working with product managers, he combines technical depth in distributed architectures with practical delivery focus. An engineer who still rolls up his sleeves, Artur brings a proven track record of saving developer time through automation and sensible infrastructure design.
