Vice President Of Engineering at iManage
Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Summary
👤
SeniorArvind Agarwal is a veteran technology leader and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS, BPM, e-commerce, and mobile products from India. Currently Vice President of Engineering at iManage, he previously founded and led Skelta (acquired by Invensys) and Zapty, combining hands‑on architecture and full‑stack delivery with strategic product and go‑to‑market leadership. Comfortable across open source and Microsoft stacks, he’s known for architecting highly scalable server and mobile solutions and for forming efficient feedback loops between sales, marketing, and engineering. A prolific founder since age 18, he repeatedly blends engineering depth with team building, recruiting and mentoring distributed, culturally diverse teams. Less obvious: he drives cross‑domain integrations (plant‑floor MES/Historian to BPM) and retains active hands‑on involvement even in senior leadership roles.
