SeniorAugusto Da Silva is a CTFL-certified Quality Assurance Engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience improving software reliability and speeding delivery through automation. He has built end-to-end test frameworks and integrated CI/CD pipelines using tools like Cypress, Pact.js, Selenium, Docker, and GitHub Actions across startups and global teams. At Deel he focuses on making client data visualizations more actionable, and his background includes mentoring students as a TA in software engineering at Unicamp while pursuing an MSc. Augusto blends practical support and infrastructure experience (SCCM, Citrix, VMware) with a strong testing-first mindset, enabling smoother migrations and refactors in complex, multi-country projects. He’s known for codifying QA practices—writing guidelines, refactoring test suites, and reviewing tests as code—to make teams more testable and autonomous. Curious and methodical, he pairs operational troubleshooting roots with a research-oriented approach to shipping reliable software faster.
