Top SchoolAvi Yashchin is a data-driven founder and CEO with 11 years of experience building AI and high-performance systems that simulate and predict human behavior for institutional decision-making. He founded Subconscious AI to create synthetic populations and causal behavioral models that let organizations backtest policies, pricing, and market moves with quant rigor, replacing slow, biased surveys. Avi combines deep product and research leadership—from IBM Watson and Two Sigma machine-learning product roles to portfolio-level climate analytics at Engine No. 1—with successful entrepreneurial exits including CleanEdison and a WAHA Technologies acquisition by CleanSpark. His background spans algorithmic trading and large-scale risk management at Lehman Brothers to designing grid-aligned, zero-carbon HPC facilities, reflecting a rare mix of quant finance, climate tech, and systems engineering. Based in New York, he brings pragmatic technical stewardship to frontier AI for social and market behavior while retaining a hands-on focus on model causality and validation.
