Top SchoolBahadır Yağan is a Senior Software Developer and seasoned team lead with 11 years of professional experience building cloud-native systems and leading cross-functional engineering teams from Ankara. He combines a strong backend expertise in Java and Spring Boot with modern front-end skills in Vue.js, and practical DevOps know-how using Docker and Kubernetes—skills honed through roles as Software Architect and DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer. His career spans major Turkish tech organizations, including long tenures at Innova and Softtech and a recent move to Garanti BBVA Teknoloji, where he continues to drive scalable, production-grade solutions. Holding an MS in Software Management from METU, he pairs technical depth with formal management training, able to translate complex requirements into maintainable architectures. Uncommonly for someone at his seniority, he has hands-on networking roots from early roles at Alcatel-Lucent, giving him a systems-level perspective on performance and reliability.
