Top SchoolBarnett Klane is a product-focused engineering leader with 12 years of experience building scalable platforms for payments, payouts, and marketplace workflows from San Francisco. As VP of Product at Trolley he is shaping a global payouts ecosystem, drawing on hands-on engineering and product leadership honed across a decade at Bugcrowd where he led core platform services including payouts, matching, APIs, and automation. He started as an early engineer and founder, shipping full-stack features, building release pipelines that moved teams from biweekly to many-times-daily deployments, and establishing on-call and scrum practices that scaled distributed teams. Barnett pairs entrepreneurial grit—having founded multiple ventures—with an operator’s discipline for shipping secure, reliable systems that connect businesses to global talent. Notably, he combines product strategy and technical execution, often stepping into code and process improvements to unblock delivery.
