Top SchoolBastian Guenther is a change manager and business consultant with five years of focused experience in financial markets, currently driving change at ING from his base in Amsterdam. He combines hands-on project leadership—running cross-functional teams and managing large implementations in trading, clearing, securities finance and core banking—with deep regulatory know-how from EMIR repapering and collateral management programs. Known for linking business and technology, he has successfully delivered under both Agile and Waterfall frameworks and acted as the primary liaison between senior stakeholders and IT. His background spans major banks and consultancies, and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management complements a foundation in international economics, enabling him to translate complex market and regulatory requirements into pragmatic, auditable solutions. An uncommon strength is his blend of trading-floor experience and vendor-selection expertise, giving him practical insight into both product use and implementation choices.
