Top SchoolBen Hughes is a seasoned software engineer with 18 years of experience building scalable infrastructure and ML-enabled customer service systems, currently driving product engineering at Notion from New York. He has led large technical organizations and shaped ML Ops and ingress architectures at Amazon, while previously architecting Kubernetes, autoscaling, and performance tooling at Airbnb that reduced costs and enabled global expansion. A pragmatic Python hacker with deep full-stack roots (Ruby/Rails, PostGIS) and a founder’s sensibility from an acquisition, he combines hands-on coding with strategic technical judgment.
